Offboarding from SafeTitan
If you are canceling your SafeTitan service, you will need to follow the offboarding steps below before your service deactivation date (i.e. when your renewal expires). Offboarding entails removing the connections between SpamTitan and your systems, and downloading any reports you need for auditing purposes. As part of our automated system, your portal will also be shut down by our support team and your data deleted. You will not need to log a support ticket for offboarding.
If you change your mind about canceling the service, please reach out to your Account Manager and/or Customer Success Manager.
To offboard from SafeTitan:
Revoke SafeTitan's access to your Microsoft 365 tenant
To do this, open the Entra admin center. Under Enterprise applications, search for "ArcTitan". Open the entry and click on Delete.

Update mail flow rules
Remove any SafeTitan IP addresses and domains that were manually added to your mail server's mail flow rules to allow our system to bypass spam tests. This can be done in the Exchange Admin Center by going to Mail flow → Rules.
Remove PhishHuk (if used)
If you have configured the PhishHuk plug-in, you will need to remove it.
To do this, open the Entra admin center and go to Settings → Integrated Apps. Open the entry for PhishHuk and click on Delete app.

Export your data (optional)
When your portal is deactivated, you will no longer have access to your SafeTitan training data. If you want to retain this data for auditing purposes, you will need to download any reports you need. You can do this from the Reports Portal or from the Customers section of your MSP dashboard.
