ArcTitan Onboarding for Google Workspace Customers
If you have customers who use Google Workspace instead of Office 365, then you can follow these steps to help them access their ArcTitan email archive systems.
You'll need to configure Google Workspace for use with ArcTitan, which requires setting up:
Single Sign On (SSO) with Two Factor Authentication (2FA) using OAuth
IMAP for Mailbox Reader/Folder Rep/Mail Restore using a Google Service Account to access any user mailbox
Before beginning, make sure you have the following prerequisites:
Google Workspace account and login credentials
Admin access to your ArcTitan platform
