Managing Training Campaigns

You can create two types of training campaigns as a customer admin:

  • Simple Training Campaign

    Simple (ad-hoc) training campaigns can be used to carry out immediate security training.

  • Reactive Training (Configured under Phishing Campaign)

    Reactive Training provides the ability to train users based on malicious activity criteria carried out during the evaluation and base-lining. Criteria for enrollment in reactive training is flexible and you can customize the training. Further details are provided in Configure Reactive Training.

It is recommended that you create a simple training campaign first and only send it to yourself. In this way you can become familiar with the administrator and user portals, and also verify that the email has been delivered successfully.
