Manage Organisation Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Organisation Settings to edit the following:

    • Send welcome emails immediately: If selected, a welcome email is sent immediately when a user is registered. By default, the checkbox is not selected, which means that a welcome mail is not sent until you make the decision to do so.

    • Default Font: Select the default font from the dropdown menu to use in the template editor.

    • Gamification Period: Enter a number, which is the period of time in months that user gamification grades will be based on.

    • Allow user to view their phishing stats: Indicates if phishing stats are visible to a user and if phishing is accounted for in their grades (default: disabled).

    • Use alternate dashboard view: Indicates if you want the standard dashboard or alternative dashboard displayed (default: enabled). When the checkbox is enabled, then the alternate dashboard, which displays counts and links to scheduled, active and completed phishing, quiz and training campaigns, is displayed. The standard dashboard displays resource counts related to users, groups, training and phishing campaigns.

    • Show archived campaigns: Indicates if archived campaigns are shown in portal. If checkbox is disabled, then archived campaigns are not shown in the Training Campaign and Phishing Campaign index (default: enabled).

    • Show test campaigns: Indicates if test campaigns are shown in portal. If checkbox is disabled, then test campaigns are not shown in the Training Campaign and Phishing Campaign index (default: enabled).

    • Show bespoke Analytics menu: indicates if custom analytics menu is displayed (default: enabled).

    • Use external Document Viewer: Indicates if Google document viewer should be used for viewing a document. If checkbox is disabled, then an internal document viewer is used instead (default: enabled).

  2. Select Save to update the settings.
