Sharing a Space
Sharing Spaces with colleagues is useful because links do not need to be continuously shared, making real-time collaboration easier.
To share one of your Spaces, select Spaces in your ArcTitan archive menu, and locate the Space you want to share.
Select the ellipsis for that Space on the right of the interface, and then Share.
in the Share Space window that opens, enter the email address(es) in the Share With field of those you want to have access to your Space. You can also generate a URL of the Space by selecting Copy.
Select Share. The chosen email recipients will receive an email alerting them of the Space you've shared.
