Go to Tools > Diagnostic Tools to access tools to test filtering and recategorize domains.
Test Filtering
Use the Test Filtering tool to evaluate a domain or IP address. To do this:
Go to Tools > Diagnostic Tools > Test Filtering.
In the Lookup URL/FQDN: field, enter the URL/FQDN of the site you wish to evaluate (you can also enter an IP address).
Click Test.
The results of the evaluation will be shown as follows:
Recategorize Domain
Use Recategorize Domain to provide feedback on categories for a particular URL. To do this:
Go to Tools > Diagnostic Tools > Recategorize Domain.
In the URL/FQDN: field, type the URL you wish to recategorize.
From the Category 1, 2 and 3 drop-down menus, select up to three categories you think the URL belongs to.
Click Submit and the following message displays:
