Automated Onboarding, currently available only for O365 customers, is a simplified onboarding process for Customer Administrators. After accessing and running the script to initiate onboarding, they then follow a simple set-up wizard to guide them through the process. All their emails are then automatically journaled into the archive and a Mailbox Reader import begins. They can also import previous data and set up data guardians and privileged users.

After the MSP Admin sets up automated onboarding for a customer, the Customer Admin can then begin the onboarding process themselves.
