Changing Data Retention Period for Reporting
WebTitan Cloud maintains a record of all requests in its internal database and this information is used to produce report data. Generating reports against a large volume of data may significantly slow report processing.
Go to Reporting > Settings to change the database retention period for your report data (default: 62 days).

WebTitan Cloud may decrease the log retention period if it determines that the setting is too high for the underlying hardware or if you are running low on disk space. If this occurs, then you will receive an email alert.
