Manage Settings
As an MSP admin, you can select Settings to choose templates for customer training. Email templates for assignments, reminders and completion are available.
Note
You must first create the training templates in the administration portal. Once they are created, the templates will be visible in the Settings section of the MSP Dashboard. Go to your administration portal and select Training Manager > E-mail Templates > Create a new Template. See Training Manager for more details.
From your SafeTitan MSP Dashboard, select Settings.
From the following dropdown menus, select the templates that you want to use for customer training campaigns:
Training Assignment Template: This email template will notify your customers that they have been assigned training.
Training Reminder Template: If your customers have not completed the training, this email template will be sent as a reminder.
Training Completion Template: This email template will notify your customers that they have completed their training.
Select Save Settings.
