Prerequisites for OTG 2 for Mac Installation
Below are the prerequisites that must be met or considered before installing WebTitan OTG 2 for Mac. Please read through this information carefully before installation.
You must be on WebTitan Cloud 4.16 or later to use WebTitan OTG 2 for Mac. If you are using an earlier version of WebTitan Cloud, use WebTitan OTG 1 for Mac. See WebTitan OTG 1 for Mac Guide.
You must use a 2K minimum WebTitan certificate with a validity period of 825 days or fewer. See https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT210176 for more information.
At the date of shipping the current OTG 2 for Mac (version 2.0.3 (2)) is supported on the following macOS:

macOS 10.15 Catalina
macOS 11 Big Sur
macOS 12 Monterey
macOS 13 Ventura
macOS 14 Sonoma
Admin install privileges are required for installation.
You need to know the URL of your WebTitan Cloud, e.g. https://mycloud.mywebtitancloud.com/.
You need your OTG install key during installation. You can get this in your WebTitan Cloud from Settings > Account > OTG Install Key.
WebTitan OTG 2 for Mac uses TCP port 7771 (outbound) for communication to WebTitan Cloud. Please ensure this port is not blocked.
WebTitan OTG 2 also uses TCP port 8443. Please ensure this port is not blocked.
If there are multiple users logging into a Mac machine where OTG 2 will be deployed, then you must ensure the following:
For a manual deployment, OTG 2 must be installed for each user who is logging into the machine.
For an Intune deployment, all users logging into the machine must be included in the deployment.
