Ensuring Your Email is Not Marked as Spam in Office 365

Email being delivered from SpamTitan to Office 365 is sometimes incorrectly identified as spam, which results in delayed or failed email delivery. To avoid this, SpamTitan IP ranges should be added to your Office 365 Exchange Admin Center (EAC).

Follow these steps to add the SpamTitan IP ranges to your Office 365 connection filter policy:

  1. Log in to your Office 365 Exchange Admin Center (EAC).

  2. Select Protection from the menu on the left.

  3. Click connection filter and then click the edit pencil icon.

  4. Select Connection Filtering from the menu on the left.

  5. Click the Add ST-701-office365-add-button.jpg icon within the IP Allow list section.

  6. Add your inbound SpamTitan IP ranges. Your SpamTitan Private Cloud IPs were sent to you on setup.

  7. Check the Enable safe list checkbox.

  8. Click Save.
