Setting your Customers up on SpamTitan Cloud

Follow the steps below to get your customers up and running on SpamTitan Cloud. To complete these steps you will need your TitanHQ Portal login credentials and your SpamTitan server IPs.

STEP 1

  1. Create an A-record for your SpamTitan Private Cloud login IPs.

  2. Email the A-record verification details with the subject line "PAX8 Partner PTR Request" to pax8sales@titanhq.com and cc: provisioning@pax8.com.

  3. Wait for verification that your PTR has been created before completing the steps below.

STEP 2

Office 365

If you are using Office 365, please also see the following:

  1. Check SpamTitan and Office 365 IP throttling (rate-limits).

  2. Ensure your email is not marked as spam in Office 365.

  3. Set SpamTitan up as your only trusted email source by locking down your Office 365 email server.
