ArcTitan Cloud Quick Start Setup
Follow the quick start steps below to get customers up and running on ArcTitan Cloud. To complete these steps you will need your TitanHQ Portal login credentials, which were sent to you on setup.
Log into the TitanHQ Partner Portal.
Click Manage in the ArcTitan Cloud panel or choose Customers > ArcTitan Cloud from the side menu bar.
The ArcTitan Cloud Customers panel displays. Click Add... to add a new customer.
Using the ArcTitan Customer Account Settings table below as a reference, complete the fields in the Create arc-customer window.
Click Submit to create the customer account or Close to close the window and discard changes.
Add Domains:
Note
There may be a delay of up to five minutes from adding an ArcTitan Cloud customer to being able to add their domains.
Click the domain management icon in the Options column to the right of the customer you just created.
Click Add... in the Domains panel.
Enter a domain name in the Create company-domains window and click Submit to save or Close to discard.
Repeat as needed to enter additional domains.
From the sidebar menu, click Stop Impersonating to finish impersonating this customer and return to your own partner portal view.
Create a Journaling Rule:
Once a customer has been added, a journaling rule can then be created on the customer's mail server to allow email to automatically archive to ArcTitan Cloud. To do this, you need the customer's journaling email address.
The journaling email address has a common syntax using the Company Tag entered when adding the customer in the steps above, and the ArcTitan server name. For example, if you log onto https://arctitan-eu1.titanhq.com/companytag, the journaling email address is companytag@arctitan-eu1.titanhq.com.
You can find information on creating a journaling rule for common email servers on the ArcTitan Support page.
