Create an App Registration in Azure AD
An app must registered in your Azure ID to generate an Application ID than can be used to configure DNS Proxy. Follow the steps below to register an app and gather the corresponding Application ID.
Sign in to your Microsoft Azure portal Microsoft Azure Portal
.Enter active directory in search and select
Azure Active Directory to open the Azure Active Directory page.From the side bar menu, select
App registrations > 
New registration and the Register and application page opens.In the Name field, enter a name for the app. For example, DNS Proxy.
From the Supported accounts types list, select Accounts in this organizational directory only (Single tenant).
Leave the Redirect URI fields blank.
Select Register.
From the app registration page take note of the Application ID:
